Yvette is an experienced agile leader, coach, author and trainer in various methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and large-scale custom methodologies. With over 30 years in the software development industry, Yvette has worked with a variety of teams, coaching them for success and continuous improvement.
Yvette began her career as a software developer in the 80s working for IBM for 11 years, and later, as a development and QA manager with Sun Microsystems for another 11 years. Serving for 2.5 years as site editor for SearchSoftwareQuality.com, Yvette has covered many agile conferences and interviewed dozens of authors, speakers and leaders in the industry. She earned her CSM, PMI-ACP and SPC Certifications, and has taught a variety of classes including agile boot camp, PMI-ACP certification preparation and agile testing. Yvette is a prolific writer and blogger, and is a regular contributor for industry publications including SearchSoftwareQuality.com and TechBeacon.
