    Good course

It is a good course for manager who are new to scrum and are looking to adapt it in their organization. I was looking forward to understand what a manager suppose to do in an organization that scrum is well established. I got some answers but I do not feel it what I looked for. Will keep looking :)

    Very enlightening

The course clearly presented the principles of scrum with plenty of hands on examples. The message was clear that to make scrum work you have to stick to the principles even when up against senior management within the organization.

    Great Intro or Review

Excellent coverage of principles and terminology for both beginners or those looking for a review. The instructor's narration and graphics combined well to make the material clear and memorable. As a bonus the website was very device responsive. I watched eight of the ten segments and took the corresponding quizzes on my iPhone. Made it very convenient to take the course during my commute (don't worry--it was on the train and bus--I wasn't driving.)

    Great Course

As a beginner, I like this course and leaned about Scrum and Agile. The course is divided into short sections (sprints!) that make it easier to learn.

    Excellent for all

My first course at Front Row Agile set the bar pretty high and this one didn't disappoint. The primary audience of this course is intended to be for Managers and other similar positions new to Agile/Scrum, but as a Scrum Master it was good to hear Scrum explained from a different perspective. This will allow me to better understand their point of view and better help them learn and adopt Scrum.

A great course for learning Agile and s road map to success
    almost 5 years ago

I work for as a program manager for an enterprise transitioning to Agile from Waterfall. We use Kanban nd are gradually adopting to Agile. This course has been a great learning exercising with absolutely minimum investment. It has been structured in a way (say in well defined sprints!) that managers with minimum or know knowledge can confidently for their in depth overview, and training their members towards the fundamental of agile.

Some great pointers on how to transition from manager to leader, and how best to support your teams.

I will be recommending this course to many managers in my organisation. It provides just the right level of detail on the values, framework, artefacts and meetings, and lots of helpful links for further information. It also provides some really helpful pointers on Scrum adoption (using scrum to manage the transition to scurm) and on the most important practises that the business can benefit from, such as Definition of Done.
