Understand release planCarlos Barrantes Nevado •
I think that it's useful to take this course because it's a gap in the Scrum documentation, it's difficult to find information about releases, but it's very important. We have our increment and after what? Or how do we plan our releases? This course solves these doubts.

A Great Methodology for Planning Releases the Agile WayIgor Siemienowicz •
A lot of books and courses on Agile methodologies tend to pass lightly over how to plan releases effectively, or even omit the topic completely, even though it is really the thing that gives the whole process direction. Jeremy Jarrell presents a technique that gives both visibility about plans and progress to stakeholders, and effective guidance to teams for grooming the backlog and composing sprints. This course provides important components for any Scrum master's toolbox.
